Love Grown Cold
We are a diverse people,
Whose love has grown cold
There is adversity in the young,
And grumbling in the old.
We are in a war today,
Where so much anger abounds.
We try to build ourselves up,
By pushing another to the ground.
Every time you forgive another,
You have won the battle that day.
Satan gets upset with you,
As you go to our God to pray.
You can bring down the forces,
That causes a love to grow cold.
You have to yell your battle cry,
Say it loud and say it bold.
Use that anger that has built up,
Growing deep inside of you.
Know who your enemy is,
And tell him just what to do.
Tell him to get behind you.
Push him out of the way.
Do not let him steal your joy.
Today or any day.
This is the day the Lord has made,
So let us rejoice and be glad.
Hate and strife will destroy you,
And make your life so sad.
God can lift you up in the battle.
He can bring back your peace.
Let your anger go away,
To give your love release.
And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
Jesus gave us His righteousness and the ability to love one another. He forgave those who hated Him. He showed compassion to those who were lost in sin. He gave us the tools (the Holy Scripture) to teach us how to live a Godly life.We must strive every day to follow His ways, to be able to get rid of our inner anger. Our inner anger is actually Satan trying to possess our souls. He messed up bad and wants to take everyone that he can to hell with him. He is pouting because he knows he is losing the battle, but he wants to destroy as many lives as possible along the way. Stay strong and keep the love of God flowing through you. Stand firm on who you choose to serve. Fight the battle against Satan, not against each other.
