Feed Your Hopes

Feed your hopes for tomorrow.

Nurture your dreams for today.

There is goodness to be consumed,

As you go to His table to pray.

As you sit at the Master’s table,

There is perfection all around.

There is a sweetness set before you,

With every sight and every sound.

Feed your hopes with the Word.

Prosperity will come soon.

Eat a good breakfast now,

To have energy until noon.

Take one morsel at a time.

Eat with a purpose-filled life.

Take a hold of His peace.

Take the pain out of strife.

Don’t use your energy,

By heading the wrong way.

Keep focused on the Master,

So in His path you will stay.

Be ready for a new tomorrow,

As you rest in peace today.

Get ready for your exercise.

Use your energy to pray.

Use your prayer muscles,

To build yourself up.

Do not feed disappointment.

Don’t accept what is corrupt.

Feed your hopes for tomorrow.

Nurture your dreams for today.

There is goodness to be consumed,

As you go to His table to pray.

Romans 8:24-27

For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it26Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

We are saved by hope. If we do not believe in a future with God, then we will lose hope. Consume peace, love, joy, prosperity, and health. We must continually feed our hope by staying in the Word of God, by learning, by studying, and by sitting at His table. He offers only what is good. When we are not sure if we are good enough or our prayers are not good enough, the Bible says that the Holy Spirit of God, which is in us when we accepted Jesus as our Savior, makes intersession for us to God above. God knows the desires of our hearts, because Jesus opened the door to the “Table of Plenty”.
