The Stage is Set

The stage is set.

Your time is now.

We have to let you go.

We have to learn how.

We have to use our faith,

And know that God is in control.

Let Him direct your life.

You will be well and whole.

We know where you are headed.

We know where you’ve been.

We have confidence in you,

With God as your best friend.

You are a source of great joy.

You will make us proud.

Others will hear your voice,

So make your praises loud.

Praise your God daily.

Keep Him in the center of life,

As you face worldly challenges,

He will ease your strife.

You will never be alone,

With God at your side.

Yu can step forward,

With no reason to hide.

Share His love with others.

Be all that you can be,

As you lead the world around you,

To heaven and eternity.

The stage has been set.

Your time is now.

Our hearts are with you,

As we release you somehow.

Deuteronomy 10:12

And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORDthy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

The greatest gift a parent can give their child is the gift of the Christian faith. It is a real thing that can go with them when you cannot. It is a sad day but also a proud day when a child graduates from high school. A parent is excited for them but also afraid for them. They have to let go and pray that the God they have been taught about, stays real in their lives, and that they base their choices in life by doing what is right in His eyes. There are so many tricks that Satan will use to try to destroy these young lives, so it is important that we send a hedge of protection to surround them. We can pray daily and know that God can reach them wherever they are at. The strong young Christians that are going forward can make a difference in this world. Do whatever you can to encourage them along the way. They will need good mentors to keep their eyes focused on how to live a Christian life in the midst of stressful situations they will face. Pray for the graduates as they try their wings and fly.
