God Gave Us Grace
God gave us His Son.
He covered us with His grace.
Grace covers all our needs.
We have to use our faith.
Jesus delivered us,
From the control of sin.
He gave His life for us,
So that we could win.
He said it is finished,
And that is still true today.
He has not left us,
But gave us His Spirit to stay.
All that is good in us,
Is from our Father above.
We are protected by His grace,
And perfected by His love.
We have what He has promised,
Deliverance, prosperity and health.
We do not have to work for it.
He has provided for our wealth.
We cannot do it on our own power,
But use His grace from above.
Everything that we have,
Are gifts from His love.
Our life is a reflection,
Of His grace covering you and me.
He is the center of our lives,
Jesus has set us free.
We are free from the threats,
Of living an eternity in hell.
Through Him and with Him,
Our souls have been made well.
Grace has given us a job.
Grace has given us our families.
We did not work for all of this,
His grace will provide our eternity.
And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
2 Peter 1:2-9
2Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.
3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,4To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
6Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:7That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:8Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:9Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
2Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:4According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,6To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.7In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;8Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
9Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:10That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
11In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
It is no wonder we call the Bible the Good News. It is filled with words of encouragement, of God’s mercy, grace and love. Also it is His Will and testament. We have a rich inheritance that is all from God’s grace. I had to read this over and over:
…as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:5Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,…
All I can say is Wow!!!!! Wow!!!!! Wow!!!! His love is enough for me!!! I am covered by His Amazing Grace.
