 How Can We Fail

How can we fail,

When we know the One,

Who calms the wind,

And created the sun?

How can we fail,

When He can calm the sea?

He can wipe away our sins,

And set the captive free.

How can we fail,

When God’s grace is here,

To cover our worries,

Because He holds us dear?

How can we fail,

When God holds all the power?

He tracks your every second,

And sees your darkest hour.

How can we fail,

When He is in our heart?

No matter where we are,

He will be there to start.

He will provide the miracles,

That no man can give.

We can do it all,

Because our Savior lives.

He left us with His Spirit.

He resides within our soul.

He can take the broken pieces,

And make us complete and whole.

We cannot fail,

Because He can do it all.

He will lift us up,

And keep us from the fall.

Romans 8:31-32

31What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?32He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

So many times in life, we feel defeated. We have lost our job. Our marriage has been broken. Our kids have gone astray. Our health fails. We have lost our house. Our vehicle breaks down. Others are talking about us. Etc. etc. etc. In reality, we need to dig into our soul for the One who makes us whole. How can we fail if the Master of the Universe resides in us? We have more power than we can humanly imagine. Jesus told His disciples that they would be able to do even more and greater miracles that he did on this earth. When they believed, they did perform miracles in the Name of Jesus. We need to walk in confidence that our God will never leave or forsake us. He is ever present in our lives, so we have all the power and protection that we need. This world is just a temporary place. Our real goal is heaven and that is eternal, not temporary. God loved us so much that He gave us His only Son to make atonement for our sins. Then He knew of our weakness and promised us that His Spirit could live in our souls, so that He would be ever-present in our lives. So, how can we fail?????
